Expecting the tap on the shoulder anyday now.
Assuming you get to the end of TM without an offer, what kind of package do they pay out? Is it different in Ireland and the USA?

Wait what is the talent marketplace package?
The first service length that gets a full year is 26 years. They also got rid of the partial year pension payout with a layoff. The talent marketplace adds a few months it paid job search time.
In the US I believe they removed the cushion in late 2019, so now it's just 2 weeks per year of service.
It depends on level, want to say the better options start at VP.
I am sure you can find it on myworkday, but I believe it is 2 weeks per full year of service and and a 6 week cushion regardless of time served. VPs and above might get 3 weeks per year.
Which means, if you worked for 5 full years you’d end up with 16 weeks. (10 + 6).
