For years I’ve been happy and content at this company but very recently I feel as though I could leave today just to be happy again.

I was happy for several years and then I wasn’t the last year. I left and am very happy now.
For me, my first 18 months in wdc were very bad. Very disfunctional teams and angry ppl here and there. With new CEO nothing has changed
