Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Still focused on your job?

It might be better for me to do just the bare minimum as most people advise, but despite all the stories about big organizational changes, I still try to give my best. It is not easy switch your attention from cuts and focus on work. However, only focusing on work provides fulfillment in these tumultuous times.

A lot of game playing in this company. Leaving no room for anything healthy or productive.
Have fun with the divestiture.

Baker HR posting again. Don’t you guys have better things to do? Some CeX scandal at the office or disgruntled employee that lost the ping pong 🏓 tournament?

Hmmm.
No one who “works” at BH?
Doesn’t work in O&G?

Sounds like management material. Quickly, fund their MBA!

@OP Did someone pay you to post this? Nobody who works at BH or in O&G would ever say something like this.

Everyone under the age of 50 who has transferable skills has either left or is actively looking for an out.
