Seriously... there are a thousand variables that would influence that decisions, you have to give info to help frame the question. What do you do? What would the job be and on what team? Would you have to relocate? Is it an executive role, an entry level sales SDR gig?
No one can tell you why you shouldn't join if they have zero clue as to why you were considering it in the first place.
