The answer is arrogant leadership, most certainly.
In fact, given that leaders are the ones who inspire and motivate, those who are at the top of WD I wouldn’t even call leaders. Their moves made my close colleagues and top experts leave WD. I think this company will soon have a big problem because people here are less and less willing to work, precisely because of the toxic culture coming from the top.
Details let’s see, does a screaming lunatic who believes she isn’t expected to follow county rules on wearing masks count? Making security guards, receptionists, admins horrifically treated because they were doing their jobs? A CEO who knows his little girl he brought with him enjoys being a verbal masochist? Yeah there are endless examples of what Goeckeler has done and empowered his toxic Cisco bunch to be horrible and abusive. Even his admin is a raging te---r who pretends like she is leading the admins but it’s all a show.
