Target are always people who work hard and are dedicated to their work. Those who were constantly striving to bring value easily end up on the list for layoffs, while those who always worked primarily for their own interests, they stay.
There are exceptions of course, but that’s generally the way they manage the cuts. I don’t know if there is anyone else who thinks hard work pays off here?

All to enrich the mf king top class low life execs.. f everyone of them
Safest job in the company right now is likely a Fiber tech. That’s where the future is heading.
seniority guys will be, as usual, be spared. thank your union. hope it's the senior guys that get the "pink" some the laziest techs i've work with. It's always "i've got seniority" as their excuse to not work but pick up all the holidays as vacation. If it's the senior guys have fun with your annuity.

Air pressure is still titled cable splicer.
Air pressure is under network ops. Air pressure is not really a title. It was assigned to cable splicers. Cable splicers are on the hit list.
air pressure is now under maintence has of july 1 i think
Construction splicers, lineman and air pressure. They’ve already abandoned the pressure on the pipeline because some genius up top (MJ) decided it was cheaper to not pay for air than letting the cable get damaged. Now they will ask the PUC to leave the copper network because it’s to cost prohibitive to repair. Even though (MJ) allowed the damage to happen in the first place. There is some level one fraud going on it this place.
They will also layoff building maintenance techs. Since frontier doesn’t actually own any buildings anymore.
