It's about time she left. Nothing productive happened under her leadership and a change was needed a long time ago.

This post is offensive. You know nothing about her contributions. You know nothing of her hard work and dedication and countless hours spent trying to do the best job she could for the company and her employees. Much time navigating constant change in upper management, each time coming in with new strategies and demands for her to execute. She had to deliver numbers while constantly pushing a boulder up a steep hill. You people haven’t walked a day in her shoes yet feel comfortable criticizing and disparaging her. What have you done to try and better the company? Do right by your colleagues? Just a bunch of complaining and being critical of others. Why not focus your effort on being positive and drive better outcomes for everyone, so we can all succeed.
@2szp Alice was certainly part of the issue. Would not embrace innovation, whatsoever. Would not take any risk, whatsoever. It was status quo.... Make hardware that takes 2-3 years to build and hope it sells. Not a great strategy.
You really think she was the problem? Resideo has managers and non managers who have been around forever just sitting around doing nothing but am watching their pension grow. Waiting to be laid off with a package. Should have kept Alice and got rid of the real issue.
Did she leave on her own? I know she went to Carrier, but was that just perfect timing for her?
