Thread regarding Frontier Communications Corp. layoffs

Hard workers vs. pretenders

What do you think is the ratio, maybe 1: 5? And where does it all lead?

There is a growing disparity between people who work hard and pretenders who do almost nothing but somehow progress. According to some estimates, for every employee who actually does their job there are more than five pretenders. That's just crazy.

It's sure is easy to pick out the envious Jr men who think they know it all and want rid of the senior men. Jealous bi----s, I got more time on break than you do actually working and I can still work circles around you any day & all day

No envy here, we all know you're protected by your lazy union. Don't pretend like you work, you're under a tree or in an alley. The only circle you make is your mouth when the union d**k comes around.

Anyone that has over 10 years should be let go, too many people with "bad habits". The hourly techs unable to understand the basic concept of two wires and the same hourly that became management , company rotting from the inside. The senior managers, executives and so on.. Just declare Chapter 7 if employees didn't get the hint on January 20, 2020 too bad.

Yeah its sad the union protects all their useless employees, imagine what would happen if that protection were eliminated and the incentive to keep your job was to actually do your job. Thats definitely a management issue and not an issue with decaying workforce and is unqualified to do the labor they are being protected and overpaid to keep. Wait until the union is gone and then see how the company performs, then is the time to buy the stock. They have been recycling the same issues over and over, union labor is overpaid and useless, outsource jobs and make positions obsolete. Im sure the union shop will be hiring fluffers any day now.

Hopefully, they hit the reset on the incompetent management as well. Frontier has become a circus from top to bottom and everyone is a clown.

I would agree with that. The Union is a cancer breeding bad work habits. It's all going to be over soon after we hit the reset button.
