My time at GA has come to an end! This was an interesting place to work. A lot of the things posted here are true. Very bad processes, talent pool of people lack up to date skills, very old work force and work ethic of employees is not the best. But that can be said for the defense industry as a whole. I didn’t stay long and knew I would be leaving within a couple years after my first month here.
It’s a challenging place to work if you have been exposed to advance processes and technology bc people are scared of you making them look bad and it’s a working environment I don’t want to be apart of. At GA you have meetings to talk about meetings and nothing gets done! I am leaving the defense industry as a whole so of someone wants to go back to GA apply bc my position is officially open!

Yes post your exact position and where you left so GA can go out of their way to black ball you from every company calling for a background check. What a d-mb question to ask. I think GA HR is looking to get ex employees
