A lot of chatter on calls and in stores about how to deal with aggressive and threatening customers. You know Verizon is covering up a lot of stories and instances that happened in stores over the last year. Instead of getting to the obvious root of the problem they want everyone trained on how to deal with customers that could get violent. What did they think was going to happen with understaffed and overworked employees in the retail stores ? Customers are literally throwing out f bo--s and racist comments verbally abusing the cr-p out of reps. What’s Verizon’s action plan ? Leave the customer and get a manager. You can’t make this stuff up.
