Someone needs to put a stop to this cycle. It's been going on for decades
1> Engineering talent gets downsized or quits for better comp elsewhere
2> Juniper product competitiveness decreases
3> Sales and earnings drop
4> R&D budget decreases
5> Return to #1
I've heard a few mentions, so I'm checking if there's any truth to it.
