Any idea why Boeing WARN number has not been updated on ESDWAGOV website since 11/20/2020?

If they don’t have a choice but announce their layoff number so why haven’t they been announcing them?

They don’t announce them to the media because it reflects badly on the company.

What they provide the state and what they give the media are different. There’s no requirement they have to give the media a press release stating the number for employees they laid off every month. They only did this as a courtesy and when they felt there was too much negative press coverage they stopped.

I went inside United's brand-new Boeing 737 Max 8
with all new seat-back television screens
and saw how the airline is revolutionizing air travel

I felt so much more at ease watching TV
It took my mind of the fact I was on the most notorious plane of our time.
Gone was the anxiety of flying through the air in a Max deathtrap.
Gone was the concern of flying on-board an aircraft built by Boeing,
the most incompetent and most criminal company of our time.
I felt so much more at ease watching TV

What the state requires and what the media requires are two different things.

Boeing previously stated they’re not releasing layoff numbers to the media. They said they would give totals at the end of the year.

Numbers released to the state is a different matter. The state may have released layoff numbers but the media has not been quoting them.

They don't have a choice to wait until the end of the year. They are required by law to notify the state if

More than 50 employees are permanently laid off in a 30 day period.

Or more than 500 are laid off (total) in a 6 month period.

Its not a "we'll wait" option.

So, they either are not meeting the thresholds or breaking the law.

Boeing previously stated they were not going to disclose the number of layoffs until at the end of the year, presumably because of the negative press coverage.

Why do Boeing Aircraft fly themselves into the ground_?
Because the majority of Boeing management and Boeing employees
Have no critical thinking skills.
Reasoning is UN-Reasonable when towing the company line / Kool-Aid psychosis
