Why do the top execs make so much money when they can’t grow revenue or win new customers in a red hot market? $20M for SM when all he has done is waste millions on McKinsey? Someone should put a tent over this circus.

The Board of Directors is so apathetic it’s sad. Having JR as chairman was crazy, he could not spell data warehousing. The current board is happy to draw their compensation and set up bonuses for ELT that are not revenue driven. Private Equity needs to come in and fire them all. Customers would not even know.

Engineers cost something like $200k all in, so $20m is equivalent to 100 engineering salaries. Remember when SM laid off all those good engineers "to get TDs cost structure in line"? These people are so obviously fake and hypocritical, it hurts.
