I am so disappointed in how Staoles have demotivated BDMs by cutting commission structures for employees. This company use to be a good place to work, now everyone is discussing money and wanting to leave. People are constantly being approached and have no choice but to leave. It’s really sad long term employees are now leaving and talking about pay. AMs are paid more than BDMs when this role use to be a hunter role that was appreciated. I’m not being disrespectful to other roles, but we are losing good people and everyone is looking, and it sad a good company is losing good people because they are trying to find everyway not to pay us.

Yes the BDM's brought the work, made the profit for the company and then are not appreciated such that several have left or found other companies that valued their relationship building and not treat them as a source of revenue
The sales team is not valued at all.
Insane to think, that the team that grows the business is set to make 20 percent less. Does not make sense.
