What can be achieved with fear-based leadership? Are they aware that it is impossible to achieve absolutely anything other than disperse all the talented and hard working people that this company needs into competing companies?
I'm not afraid of losing my job anymore. I'm leaving voluntarily.

so glad some of these unless 'talents' from former administration are finally leaving the company. They are outdated talents, useless to the company. Sad that a lot more of them are still goofing off and sticking to the company though. They make close to zero contributions, while sucking up a descent compensation.
