Really feeling sorry for these customers. The greatest extent of emergency response is currently just " make sure everyone is gassed up" No game plan after that tip with zero leadership while in crisis. Actually there is advice, "make sure it's closed out power related" I can barely even try any more. It's the blind leading the blind.
