In my BU we’ve lost quite a few coworkers in the last year. It hits especially hard because the ones we lost had the experience we relied upon for knowledge and advice all the time, but especially when issues arise that need correcting. Losing those people has affected our work significantly, but do you think the management cares?

No management doesn't care about PEOPLE. They only care about their pockets and their bonuses. Most of them are only here for a short time anyway, so why would they care. Management at McKesson only cares about their title and their position.
They do not care. They care about numbers only and outsourcing is a cheap way to replace all talent, even if you get crapy quality at the end.
