Since Jeff Gennette took over, this company has just gone down hill. He is the reason Macy's is failing.

Actually Amazon is the reason.. It’s pretty obvious, amazing business model and run extremely strict unlike any other company. Macy’s has a great opportunity if they can seize it. There’s employees who really care about the future of the company. Just need to find them
