I think everyone on these forums are asking the wrong questions. It’s time for us to hold our leaders accountable. If you are being mistreated or being treated unfairly then it’s time to make them pay. It’s sad to read multiple posts on these forum of unjust behavior. No one deserves to be treated unfairly and we should be working together as a team! Unfortunately it’s not just about helping customers anymore and growing in a healthy work environment. So we need to adapt and find ways to let leadership know we have voices! Post scenarios where you were able to make a difference with reporting to the correct channels. This will help others find solutions to issues and hold our leadership team accountable.

It’s such a good ol boy system that you’d basically have to film managers in the act of doing anything wrong and then constantly demand something be done about it to have any change happen. Verizon is useless when it comes to having any version of leadership within the company making good decisions. But that’s what you get when they usually only promote morally corrupt salesmen into management because of sketchy practices or people just because they’re friends and then expecting them to be able to fulfill roles that need you to motivate, inspire, and put other people before yourself to cultivate an environment of your reps wanting to work hard for you and implement your ideas. Or do these types of leaders only exist in ET?
HR IS ONLY THERE TO PROTECT THE COMPANY FROM LAWSUITS. This is why you mention LAWSUIT when u need things done.
Unfortunately HR very much works from the management side, not so much from the employee side. From what I have seen they should be Calle Management Relations because I have seen very little go the way of the employees.
REMEMBER WE NEED TO STOP WITH THIS POLITE SH-T IF SOMEONE IS TRYING TO MESS WITH YOUR WAY OF LIFE TREAT IT AS SUCH. GET LOUD GET ANGRY MAKE THESE MOFOs UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!!! If your job is on the line wtf. I remember walking into a meeting where I was going to be suspended and management saying they need to ask a few questions to me. My response union stewart is not my lawyer this is no court room and there is no judges or lawyers. I don't feel safe I suffer from anger management and I need to leave. Disability 10 months full pay with 2 phone calls a week to the therapist. When I got back to work I had a new team manager and all new structure. USE YOUR BENEFITS!!!!! DONT GET MAD GET EVEN
Everything you do document. Call HR let them know you will sue even if not tends to get the ball rolling even if not. You don't ask HR. YOU TELL THEM THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BY THIS DAY PERIOD. THERE IS NO RESPECT IN WAR
Keep a log of what they say and do on a notepad. Call your hr representative and discuss the matter. If you’d like to stay anonymous call compliance. Compliance is hired by Verizon as a third party entity. They will notify Verizon of your case and do further investigation. Make sure you are descriptive and give detailed information of all instances.
