Sold! $2,000,000 is a good price, now horse lady is off to Ocala.
Still shows pending, coming up to 4 months soon. Problems selling?
Horse Lady was just mentioned on earnings call as running NA so she’s still around.
2-1/2 months and horse lady’s house is still pending. Did she miss the bus and the buyer will renegotiate or walk away? Is she still at ACI?
Anyone know if she is still actually with the company?
Possibly but she can’t afford all that same acreage in Miami. Given her evil boss isn’t moving to HQ she could have commuted a few days per week.
Horse lady knows things are collapsing and it’s time to leave.
Or making the move to new HQ...
