They simply don't want to. Even if a young person comes here, they realize very quickly that GA is not a company worth staying in and leave very quickly. What does this company have to offer young, skilled people? I'm afraid there's nothing left to attract nor keep them...

I am 25 and I just got hired. I like it here. This is my experience.
This statement isn’t totally true! Lazy non-motivate young people love GA… it’s the young people that want to move up earn great pay and marketable skills that leave. There are plenty of worthless young talentless people at GA… actually too many to count!
My position was eliminated back in August of last year, I was an A&P mechanic and I actually enjoyed my job. I didn’t realized what I was missing out on till I went to work for another company. The skills I gained at my new company got me to my dream job and while I miss some of the old gents that I worked with at ASI… looking back I’m more qualified and better paid then I was a year ago!
