SMB IS A JOKE

360 is so bad that our reps tell company customers that our system no longer supports company accounts . My coworker had an smb client today wanting like 6 upgrades, plan migration, 4 new lines and trade ins. He was like “sorry our system no longer supports all that”
They left pi---d but OH WELL.

Lmfao
It literally saved him 3 hours of headache and his sanity.

It’s just not worth it anymore.

100% the smallest accounts are the ones that can’t wait and are the rudest. Pretty much we are beneath them and work for them.

Smb customer's are a joke. (Real situation that happen this past week)
"What do you mean I have to wait in line?" Well sir, I have 5 people ahead of you. "I'm a business account " If you can't wait I will offer you a special appointment tomorrow. "I going on my boat tomorrow that doesn't work" well, my smb rep said they can help you later today at 4pm so you dont have to wait. "NO, NO ,NO... I CANT DO LATER" Ok we can set an appointment for you next Tuesday "I ALREADY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SET HERE ON MONDAY!" Sir, please you don't have to yell. SMB customer, " this is bu-----t... nobody wants to help me this is such poor service. I never do this will my customers... All I want is to upgrade both lines on my account...sc--w this place I'm taking my 2 lines to AT&T."

there is no “learning to use” b360. the basic application of it is simple. the constant errors in both processing and activation make it impossible to ever get comfortable with. it’s never the same error it’s always something totally random throughout the entire transaction. actually one time it just said “unknown error” so really nobody is crying about it, just pointing out it’s incredibly inefficient and time consuming. And it’s a different experience every single time you use it making getting familiar with it impossible

yeah i kind of feel bad for smb reps we just give everything to them because it’s not worth our time to fight our system for no pay. but hey they can apply out of that channel

Yeah I hear reps telling customers that they can get them with the smb rep which will take a few days to get done or you could just open up a consumer account and get it done today. They usually want it done same day.

SMB rep here. I'm quitting for this reason. Its a revolving door of trying to motivate the stores to dig for SMB and when they do the system are like nah bro.

Stores can be top of leaderboard without SMB

Stores can max out their check 2/3 of the way through them month without SMB then pretty much shut down so they don't drop their RIS scores.

SMB has always been the key to increase numbers because businesses buy more and we truly have great pricing and untraditional services for our business customers.

But if our system won't work... SMB demos are not on planogram... SMB is not is leaderboard and I'm left wondering what's the point!?
