There is always talk of older employees with more experience as the most common target for layoffs. Out of sheer curiosity, how often does it happen that Qualcomm puts on the layoff list the people it has only recently hired, who have only been there for a few months?

Newbies are targets to the extent that they open their mouths! Cheap labor is only a target when they are not like - which can actually happen easy at Qualcomm! Stay in your place and praise your boss even if they are complete id--ts and you will remain safe - it’s the Qualcomm way
