Some people are comfortable here, and some are constantly complaining, but they do nothing to leave. Pretty incomprehensible. Perhaps people are afraid of new beginnings?
It took me 3 weeks to get a much better offer. There are options, it is not like the situation on the job market is that bad.

Who gives a Fu-k if management reads this , they won’t be around too much longer anyway. This company is a complete disgrace. The track record shows every year they get rid of supervisors. and managers. You think they care I can tell you they don’t. Is it easy to move , no it’s not. But you have skills take them where you’re appreciated!. Do not waste your time here! Honestly I don’t think they will have a franchise too much longer.Then mid. dude no offense but if you're a field tech with no degree, it's not that simple. It is NOT easy to land a $50k a year job with our background. At least here in NJ. maybe all you Bethpage guys have it made with your local but at 45 being a former field tech, good luck. Stop preaching about how hard its not right now.
