Or is it just people in the store where I work? They try to cover it up, but you can totally feel that they are in a bad mood. Working conditions are very poor and the biggest cause and contributing factor for depression. I have never worked in a more depressed atmosphere and I'm considering quitting ASAP.

We have an SM that locks herself in the office so she can cry.
Multiple people currently out in our area for having mental break downs on the clock. Definitely not just your store.
yeah I had to file for short term disability due to mental health issues.
Same I dread coming into work every day. The job has changed so much to make it terrible. Basically we are just meat shields for the companies trash. Management pressures us to sell stuff that people don't want or need even though it pays us basically nothing for our effort and we are majorly graded on customer surveys. So you're telling me that you want me to slam products and services that even I wouldn't buy and barely work as described for barely any compensation and all while creating a great customer experience? Are you all really that out of touch. What kind of fantasy world are you living in. Oh I forgot you are paid over 100k a year so you have no actual idea what being a normal consumer is about.
Been working for 2 years. It has become so miserable working in the store in the past 6 months that I am quitting next month. My mental health has went to the gutters and feel more miserable than I have in my entire life. Get out

Yes I think that’s the plan, upper management made us hate our jobs so we can quit, why else would they make team comission ? Also make us sell worthless home protect, and let’s not forget 360, upper management doesn’t want to pay out severance anymore so what’s less cost effective ? Making our work life missarbles ! That’s why everyone is quitting, and upper management couldn’t be more proud, save money on severance .

This job is mentally exhausting. Running around short handed and making excuses for all of Verizons d-mb issues. Truly a joke.
