In the Jan to March quarter of the financial year 2021, the attrition rate at Cognizant is at an all time high, at 21%, which was 19% in the same quarter last year.

Oh ..wait.. did Cognizant set aside $30M for retention bonuses to retain the limit ..
Meaning .. that 21% could be non-merit .. or super-merit that did not take the bait !!!
End of the day, its all missed opportunities/Business for Cognizant ..
