People are leaving Accenture en masse. I don't think more people have ever left this company. The colleagues I started working with, who have been here here for years even when things weren't going well, now are deciding to leave.
I just wonder if there is anything that would keep people from leaving here other than a failure to find a new job?
I am a 2nd year analyst and I'd appreciate more transparency about ranking on projects and internally
I honestly think we have less attrition nowadays and I do not think people are leaving more than before.
Accenture bought my company N3 and was laid off July 1 2021. I was informed that there is a reduction in workforce
Not giving a warning or severance is actually illegal
