Teradata has been rated one of the best places to work ,we at Teradata constantly strive to help our employees in personal & professional development.
We encourage our employees to talk to HR or compliance if any disagreement and we have fair + neutral policies
Some of our NEW great benefits include
Birthday day off
Half working day initiative once a week
Work flexibility (work from anywhere!!)
Career growth plan
One of the best Medical & pension plans
The OP must work for marketing
The level of disrespect among colleagues started a little over 2 years ago when M.e. & VL started the "the SD office is better than you" campaign against remote employees.

Easy problem to fix - find a new job. Back in March I found myself feeling completely disrespected and, quite frankly, having no respect for my entire management chain. I didn't like feeling that way so I resolved to find a new job and said goodbye to Teradata a few months later. Now all the negativity is gone and I get paid more to boot.
My Director knows where the best bars in town are though!
I found them to have unqualified management and too many bu-t kissers. They will eventually fail.
In my 30+ years long career.
