I've seen several people so far - all young folks - hired and then fired (or laid off or whatever) within a few months of joining the company. Why would we do that? They were not bad workers, they were just still in the learning/adjusting phase. I feel bad for them, talk about starting your career in a cr---y way like that...

I have seen a lot of posts on LinkedIn about “Welcome these new Sales Development Representatives”… Are you saying they blow smoke then fire these people?
Citrix is trying to become a Netflix with a hire and fire policy while paying like AMC and having technology like Blockbuster.
I worked there for a year and was treated like Joan of Arc, and then burned at the stake for heresy.
So glad to not work at Citrix. How sad that this is what Citrix has become…
It’s the fault of shitless non-management to bring people in and put them through the grinder and fire them for unreasonable expectations...
Another cr---y way sh---y non-management has learned to keep their bonuses at the expenses of the real worker...
