Besides letting them go, so they can go find a better job? Then No, they haven't don't anything to benefit their employees. Labor is just an expense to this company.

I agree with everyone on here because Cummins Inc really all about making money off of employees backs. You can’t go into work and have a full peaceful day without some slick stuff going on. The hard workers get done wrong and lazy snitching ones receiving good treatment. Until they are willing to change how employees are done it’s a lost on Cummins Inc end
They provided the on-the-job training to get me hired in at my current employer.
Of course. They taught thousands of people how they should never be treated and helped them leave to find employers that really care.
I know of plenty things Cummins did that made our lives more difficult, but none that made them better.
