I've noticed that instead of getting rid of low performers we keep losing people who are among the highest contributors. I'm not sure who's making the choices on who to lay off, but they need to change their system. Getting rid of so much knowledge and experience will ruin the company in the end.

They are not going to add sales reps. they keep adding inside reps so Im sure that is where the money is going. bad sign for outside reps. Im sure commissions will be cut for those guys
And do not forget the yearly endowment to that small liberal arts college just outside of Brockton !
They need money for all those legal bills
