Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

There will NEVER be accountability

The past is over and done with. But comparing it with the present is fine. It measures at least in part the direction we are headed. We talk about issues and how those issues impact employees in the hopes that leadership will be held accountable. But sadly, the truth of the matter is leadership live by a different set of rules. Nothing will change until we change leadership.

Why do you think Jeff is up there? Everyone thinks it's the CEO, always blame the CEO or upper management. There is a board of directors & even your old CEO is part of the board, why not blame him? It's business, it's not based on employee emotions, it's all based on profitability. Stop crying, if you think it's a sinking ship, jump already.
