Hey Intrado leaders! You have really terrible managers... I have no idea how some of these people have jobs. Oh wait I do; salary paid, no accountability and the take credit when the staff under them does all the work. I'm baffled that a business of your caliber cannot figure out the lazy staff. Less expenses means better revenue numbers. I mean that is part of the reason you have layoffs. You could fire the lazy and not have to payout the severance. The management is so volatile and manipulating that the staff would never dare go to HR. HR is not anonymous. You have a corrupt system here. This is probably the real reason everything is being sold off. Because no one had the guts or courage to stand up to the bullies at this company. Bye Bye.

they have been strategically making sure that there good employees that have been there a long time & bring value to the company are removing themselves before they have to lay you off & they are replacing them with contractors (for the most part). the management doesn’t have a clue what to do so problems still remain a year later & are being swept under the rug. If you report anything to HR there is a girl named Angela Skrivan who is nice but very manipulating & two faced. If you pay close attention, she doesn’t care about the people, she’s very aware of what’s going on & is helping Intrado get rid of people. She just does it in a professional way as HR is supposed to do & that’s why people don’t go to HR. It’s very sad what Intrado has come to!
