What we could have learned from some previous layoffs here: there is no logic when it comes to cuts and cuts are almost never based on a person’s performance and how much value they give to this company. Ever since they laid off a man you would never have thought would be laid off, given his hard work, skills and dedication to his job, I have only worked the bare minimum since.

If most of your employees have idea about revenue then they should have left metricstream by this time. You guys have no idea what's going on at higher level and assuming metricstream doing good in covid situation

Bro, GRC space is different and metricstream is different. Who told you are doing good? Selling your product for $10k is doing good? Working 10 people in the place is one resource is doing good? Wasting inverters money is doing good? There is a difference between doing good and staying top. Metricstream stopped at doing good level from the time they onboarded AB, D and few waste VPs. You will see real layoffs soon in metricstream then you will realize.
