FAST never made any sense in reality, I’d love to see the underlying assumptions for the ROI figures
A serious reply... the BU is on its knees. FAST FID will be in December, if the project scope is significantly reduced or cut entirely, it will become #ForeverFawleyTerminal.
The headcount cuts were not deep enough with some teams hit harder and others left bloated.
