GA’s work force is so old. Full of people with outdated skills that don’t let the company grow. When I got to GA it felt like I stepped back in time. My manager and director were talking about technology from the 80s and weren’t even aware of updates that happened in the 90’s or 00s. I had to leave bc I learned nothing my whole time there and the processes that were in place were ancient. I feel bad for anyone starting their career off at GA or anyone who thinks GA experience will actually lead to better opportunities.

Well they just fixed that for ASI, all FTE’s with 15yrs that were 62 or older just got an early retirement package offer! Probably good for the company overall
Not only is the perspective narrow, but the environment is a toxic stew of backstabbing, finger-pointing, under-the-bus throwing, blaming, gas-lighting, misogyny and nepotism. Not a good place to work.
