This is really the question. It's all Apache does now. Sell off. The old Apache is gone. These newer leaders are a joke.

All of the Fieldwood bankruptcy documents are publicly available....Prime Clerk Fieldwood
They need to replace most of the Officers. They will once bought out or bankrupt
CFO doesn’t think that anyone inside APA knows how to do anything … other than himself that is …
Sure are a LOT of nonops now. Hmmmm? Thoughts?
Everyone in authority I know at Apache who knows about the Fieldwood thing refuses to talk about it. Or just shrugs it off like “oh well yeah we will see.”
Where's Marvin Zinler when we need him? There's sl--e in the ice machine!
I don’t believe APA has ever disclosed that the P&A liability associated w the FW GOM assets are VERY LIkELY to revert back to APA. They did not set aside enough funds as required and have bankrupted several times. It’s a huge liability and has never been disclosed as a risk in the 10K. Another lawsuit when this hits.
The correct word is inherit.
You are about to inherit a disaster in the GoM. Apache will bury itself in liability. All you need to do is research the Chapter 11 filings that are open to the public. Wake up.
