Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

How much has your self-confidence been damaged here?
After a few years here, I realized that the problem is not in them nor the fact that they don’t value their employees enough. The real question is how much we value ourselves. Most people stay here just because they think they can’t do better. And they can. I just told myself one day that I had had enough and that I was leaving. I also found a much better paid job and a place where hard work was much more appreciated. I would like everyone to make that step forward, because your self-confidence can only suffer here.
