Whats happening with current core CVS DL’s? Will most stay in same location?
And...What’s happening with former Target DL’s (or whatever they’re called for the Target channel.) Will Target DL’s be incorporated into the new leadership realignments?

Good luck everyone. I for one will be seeking other employment where I feel valued. I would have stayed with my DL managing 30 Targets forever. Sad but an opportunity to move on and thrive somewhere else. Genuinely wish the best for all the good people in this company. We deserve so much more. Don’t sell yourselves short. ♥️
Target folks about to get screwed pretty hard.
Do we know anything else about this?
I gather anywhere from 60-80% of Target DL and their scheduler/ admins will either have to work in a store (nightmare) or get laid off. I know in my area a bunch of dpc were hired when dpc started and now there are no space for our schedulers. I think this was purposeful to get rid of Target people.
Conference calls on Monday will let everyone know the details. Goes in effect end of June. Some dls got it good others got screwed.
When will the rest of us saplings know about the news?
My current DL is being moved further away from her home. So much for work/life balance!
Based on this and other posts, it sure sounds like their is more to this story, and not in a good way! But this is after all CVS, so should we really expect anything other than worst case scenario anytime corporate makes changes?
Yes - “minimal changes” resulted in some DLs getting entirely new stores, some districts being split up across 4-5 new districts, and some store counts increasing from 13 to 19.
And we just kept hearing how this will be better. lol.
It’s a cluster. Thought there would be minimum disruption. But nope just as bad as patriot alignment. Hold on!
