I belong to that group and it is already clear to me that I am a target for layoff only because of my age. All these years I have worked diligently and been dedicated to doing my job the best I could. I still work a lot harder than the much younger people who are here. I’m not saying younger people should be the target, but that age shouldn’t be relevant when it comes to cuts.

Are you over 40 with a pension? Guarantee it’s the pension.
I think you are all delusional to think that RSRs are not going to be affected.
My RSL told me there will be no changes to the RSRs as they are needed to sell at Walmart so they will not even consider letting them go. All cuts are at the office only not at out side sales.
It's your salary, not your age, that makes you a target.
From all that is going on I think the NRO reps are safe along with food service no matter your age.
