I qualify for Memorial Day holiday pay but it is not showing on the time card. I called colleague support and they said it should be there by now and I should have my people leader submit something for this to be corrected. Does this sound right or is it not showing up yet?

How long have you worked for the company? Just call the HR line and get the right answer, huh?
You have to have worked for Macy’s for a certain amount of time to get the holiday pay. I think it’s 6 months or 1 year. And work the day before and after if you’re scheduled. If you call out the day before or after, they take out the pay.
I worked my scheduled hours for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Did you work your scheduled day before and after the holiday ? If you called off either of those days it disqualified you for holiday pay.
