I stopped expecting any respect from this company a long time ago. People have complaints because they also have expectations of feeling valued and respected. I stopped investing a lot of effort a long time ago and now I’m only interested in the paycheck. In the meantime, I'm looking for a new job and I hope to get out of here as soon as possible.
