Manager saving themselves keeping none performers around and getting rid of the real talent aka the competition. This isn’t about delivering for the customers. This is about maintaining work regardless if it’s late and deflect , lie, deflect, lie, deflect, harass and let go. Then hide behind the company.
Good. I’m glad. And when the smoke and mirrors have been shattered and knocked down by the competition breezing by, I don’t want to hear, what a shame, that’s too bad, everyone deserves better, at least we ended this with integrity.

You must have a degree in engineering in order to apply for new positions. The company no longer accepts ex taxi drivers, nightclub bouncers, slaters, brick layers, etc for workshop positions. Its amazing how professional Baker Aberdeen is now. One of the best examples of positive change

If you don't like it leave!!! Sick of you Woodside Road moaners, the place is feeding your families management fighting tooth and nail to keep you employed. Less time on your phones and more actually working would help. Difficult days, we need to pull together. Office has hS been hardest hit, it's no fun working from home, stop complaining. When office gets back things will improve, you think you can run without us but your wrong. The skills in the office far outweigh the shop. All you do is produce what someone else in office has set up for you so get real!!!!
