I am fed up. So very few good managers left at Macy’s. Most are so incompetent. The managers keep picking on the same people to do everything. I work in the women’s department so you can imagine how much work there is. We have fitting rooms, the rods from there, the floor, huge lines and not a lot of employees. Managers keep telling the same people, 3-4 of us to do everything and let others just stand on the register all day and do nothing. Meanwhile, we have to sort and run the rods, recover, do fulfillment, clean fitting rooms. It’s ridiculous. Everyone has to do their fair share. Management are horrible. It’s like Macy’s punish their good employees by overworking them and reward the lazy ones by not making them to do anything expect stay on register and relax.

Penny wise and pound foolish it’s been that way for years. Lack of direction except when there are District or Regional visits then everyone steps up their game. SAD!!!!

Is your a bum at Macy’s prep to be promoted. They nixed all the top salesperson and keep the bbq grill talking bums. Yet the wonder why the numbers are bad. All to say a buck
