Or could it be.. unlike previous leader GT, PB. was unable to have an affair with this HR leader or PB refused to follow GT path and give them a 3 million dollar "bonus" ...
Perhaps she couldn’t keep covering up the PB affair with the Queen bee and felt responsible for the harm it has and continues to do to other leaders, women, and entire culture.
Maybe she left because of inappropriate relationships that may be going on and she was powerless to address them
I saw her this weekend down at the paw paw patch. She said that she just wanted to move on to another company.
It has always been my experience, since LK women & family members leap frogged male counter parts (more qualified) for positions. Equally qualified person's not a issue who gets it. Many, not all, were very under qualified for the position granted. SOP prior to LK. Just on smaller scales. RD & Solutions/Product Mgm leak like a sieve because of this practice... "What's the 1 thing you need to take away from this?....the 1 thing? ...yadda yadda yadda"
My guess is the diversity bit that they announced last year and did nothing about. Maybe she didn’t want to be the diversity champion and pretend women and people of colour have a chance in Allscripts so white. A company that doesn’t give people money and promotions one year and no raise the next is never going to pay people equally.
Perhaps the SVP of HR finally developed a conscience or even more likely suffered from anxiety attacks and poor health after orchestrating the countless layoffs and other policies that caused employee suffering. That what you get for being a slave to senior management that has no heart.

Good. It’s a start but it won’t help anyone or anything. Anyone with real talent wouldn’t be stupid enough apply. The hours and dollars in the Covid economy are better in other places.

Probably a family member got through to them about the unshakable incompetence tag permanently adhered to any "leadership" position in Allscripts.
Probably sick of a CEO that is old school and doesn't want to make any meaningful HR changes....like getting rid of ranking in a curve - demeaning rating systems.
And perhaps she witnessed one of his aggressive rants where he publicly humiliated an employee.
