Medical benefits enrollment

I was trying to re-enroll for medical coverage, thought I had saved my plan but it's not showing anything when reviewing my coverage. it says I'm not covered new period starts in July. I need medical coverage, what do I need to do to get this corrected? Last year I didn't have to do anything to renew, it automatically kept my coverage.

Call the 1-800 colleague support number ending in 6229, follow the prompts and they will help you get covered over the phone, do this asap.

I checked my coverage for 2021-2022 and it shows I'm not covered.

Are you sure you are checking 2021-2022? Ones in benefits you have to scroll down and select the big red start saying "anual enrollment is close .check your future coverage ". If you check you actual coverage it will as of today .you have to look the one that starts july 1.

2020 a lot of colleagues were still furloughed and there wasn't much change in the plans, so, no, we didn't have to re-enroll. But we did in 2019. Some years you so, some you don't, and you pay attention and follow instructions.

Well, you have a big problem. Deadline was 1159pm yesterday. You are going to have to call NOW and beg to be allowed to enroll. Why did you wait so long? It's been open for 2 weeks? And as the other poster said, there's been tons of communication about deadlines and the fact that you had to re-enroll this year to have medical beginning July 1.

Daily announcements in my store reminding us to enroll for new start date since benefits do NOT automatically renew if you take no action.
