When I saw which employees are being promoted, I gave up on wanting to be promoted here.
I tried to bring new values and I worked very hard and I still haven’t been promoted. Now things are a little clearer to me and it would even embarrass me to get a promotion and be classified with the group of mediocrities who are promoted.
A better option is to get out of here.
