I hate how my manager talks out of both sides of her mouth. She’s always talking sweet to employees to their face, but the minute they are out of ear shot all she does is complain about what a “terrible” employee so and so is, and how such and such is lazy. I swear, I wouldn’t ask her to throw a cup of water at me if I was on fire. She may complain about that too!

At least you didn’t have the one that accused me of talking about space aliens at my register, lol! When she called me into her office over that, I just gave her that look like “wtf are you smoking?”. She needs to slip me whatever she took and maybe I’ll truly start talking crazy, lol! That was the most bizarrest thing I’ve ever been called into the office for. Not only that, I noticed that she would hover over my register to try to listen to what I said to the customers, she was always putting me on register right in front of her office, and even accused me of badmouthing the EBT program and I didn’t. I’m looking at Giant Eagle like where the heck to you all find these crazy and eccentric loons as managers. I thought I came to work in a grocery store, not in a psychiatric facility run by the nuts and insane folks. This woman was sooo off the hook that she was bounced between 3-4 stores in a 1 year span and surprisingly her crazy behind is still there but at another store now. Nobody wants to deal with her.
