How is it that all of a sudden folks realize that the same crooks that ran the show 20 years ago now have useless children doing the same? The C/A was approved to save “previous “Union jobs as well as was the Two Tier pay system. Blaming the T guys is like blaming a dog for peeing on the rug if you don’t train him. Speaking as a glorified Legacy guy I”m glad I’ll be leaving soon but sad to see there is NO Union Brotherhood- Dog eat Dog!

GVL hiring T rates preferred!!! I've heard it 2 or 3 times now. Get outta of NY on GEs dine.
All union reps know better while in office never to get their relatives hired. Blatant show of favoritism over the rest of the membership. They don’t care, there’s the problem.
This is a great union and great career of your a d rate. The c operators on lower pay scale should be worried
The T Rates Ruined this place and gave all chance to gaining something small. Yes a vote was held and it passed to bring in a second tier. Did all d rates vote on it no but enough to pass. Yes I was the one who voted yes so I can watch all these unskilled cry babies walk in the front gate. The best part was watching management treat them like true unskilled labor. We d rates were treated like gold. Over time it subsided but took a lot of work. One of the best parts of the unskilled labor 2nd tier was watching them buy cars, houses working as much ot as they can and most of them barely made $60,000 year. Well that is a huge jump from $20,000 a year seeing them act like they know what’s going on. Not to many made it past full builds well some did then got the pink slip when the waves started. All the unskilled ones came back from layoff and the smart ones didn’t. Now we the ones telling everyone to do more work to keep the work here and the dr knowitalls. Well that’s working for the company and the company is setting practice to pile on your work load. You all voted to work yourself’s out of your job again. Get ready it’s going to happen again and worse this time. Most of the C operators will be out the door soon. 2012 is the timeline for the layoffs.
Couldn’t have said it better-Union is no longer with the useless 2nd Generation in there including the wind blowing bag of a B.A. - can’t walk the talk. Always talked tough but now a Servant of the System!
