Could someone add a little insight into NG's hiring practices, specifically does NG only hire and promote worthless millenials because they keep the costs and productivity down or does NG hire accomplished professionals who know the job and how to get the work done? Does NG discriminate against hiring employees over the age of 40? What about race and gender? Is NG on the path of hiring and promoting only non-white people?

Pretty much the same as all the other large defense contracting firms. No imagination, just get butts in seats.
They like to keep costs down I've been asked if wanted a promotion 5 yrs and always have great performance. NEVER HAPPENED QUITTING THIS JOB THIS YEAR!
